Salary + Benefits:
● $40,000 to $55,000 base compensation (DOE), plus bonus
● Overtime and sick pay
● 401(k) plan with profit-sharing

Required Education and Experience:
● High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
● Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred but not required
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
● Punctuality and reliability
● Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
● Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
● Physical ability to lift at least ~30 pounds

 

Responsibilities include:
● Assist different office departments with tasks such as data entry and document preparation
● Ensure effective communication within the office and assist in resolving administrative issues
● Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring essential items are always in stock.
● Daily electronic filing of client-related documents
● Planning internal/External events
● Manage and handle emails, packages, and various types of correspondence
● Keep up with various office tasks that can change on a daily basis
● Schedule meetings and coordinate events
