Salary + Benefits:
βΒ 64,000 to $90,000

Required Education and Experience:
β 5 years minimum bookkeeping experience, covering general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
β Experience collaborating with CPAs and tax preparers.
β Experience with real estate bookkeeping
β At least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience
β Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, spreadsheets, and various cloud-based platforms
β Team player with strong attention to detail
β Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
β Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
β Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
β Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

β Quickbooks Online Advanced Certification
β Associate degree (or higher) in Accounting

Responsibilities include:
β Supervise setup of new client systems, conduct account cleanups, and establish clear workflows for bookkeepers.
β Managing bookkeeping tasks to ensure smooth project execution, overseeing workload distribution, and covering for absences.
β Create and maintain bookkeeping procedures, and process documentation is up to date.
β Reviewing bookkeepers' work for accuracy and providing feedback to clients.
β Manage year-end closing procedures and prepare financial packets for tax preparation.
β Supporting company growth and capacity with additional bookkeeping tasks as needed.
β Acting as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding issues, new projects, or inquiries.
