1. Program Description
Keystone CPA, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") offers text messaging (SMS) to communicate with our clients on a one-to-one basis. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for or follow-ups on tax and accounting documents, and responses to client questions regarding their engagement with our firm. This is conversational business communication, not marketing or promotional messaging.
2. Consent / Opt-In
You agree to receive text messages from Keystone CPA by providing your mobile phone number and consenting through our client intake or engagement process. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our firm. You may typically receive up to 3–5 messages per month, though the number may be higher or lower depending on your account activity and communications with us.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Keystone CPA is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
5. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive any further text messages unless you opt back in by replying START.
