OFFICE COORDINATOR (FULL-TIME)

We are a CPA Firm who specializes in tax filing and tax planning for real estate investors nationwide. You will have the unique ability to work with a small but growing public accounting firm. This position offers the opportunity to work with a close group of fun and supportive colleagues to help provide client service and tax return filing solutions to our clients. We are looking for a full-time Office Coordinator to join our team immediately! The ideal candidate is someone extremely detail oriented, able to multi-task, and a self-starter.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and maintain the master calendar for appointments and project deadlines.
  • Answer phones & assist existing clients with various needs.
  • Process letters and other documents both internal and external.
  • Organization and maintenance of company paperless filings and documents.
  • Pay bills, interact with vendors and handle billing disputes.
  • Process bank deposits and sorting mail.
  • Online research to gather contents on an as needed basis.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and marketing material.
  • Any other tasks or projects as needed and willingness to take on new tasks 

You should be: 

  • Hyper-organized and detail oriented to be able to handle a large variety of projects/tasks.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software tools. (expert level proficiency at Word, Excel, Gmail, Pdf)
  • Articulate and can communicate professionally and informally over the phone, in person, and in writing.
  • Always looking for ways to create/ update systems and structures to make projects and tasks more efficient.
  • Independent and solution oriented and resourceful in finding ways to make things work.
  • Outgoing professional to assist with scheduling with current and prospective clients.
  • Someone with a working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media tools.

 

Pay + Benefits:
• $45,500 to $60,000 base compensation, plus bonus
